Job Description

Pick your favorite music from a list of songs, and we’ll create a soundtrack that’s musically attuned.

We are currently looking for a super talented intern to join our Brazilian Editorial Content team.

You will actively help providing editorial content for Deezer’s global audience.

What you will do:

Data storyteller:
- Daily market analysis on content and competition
- Monitoring of content performance - daily KPIs - and data analysis of the editorial playlists streams

Music worshipper:
- Follow-up on the major musical releases and recommendations in the editorial playlists
- Weekly update of the main editorial playlists while keeping a follow-up with the labels regarding the artists main assets (music, pictures and upcoming releases)
- The best part: hands-on creation and update of playlists

CRM and marketing warrior:
- Management of the editorial CRM operations : copywriting and production of the weekly editorial newsletter and the supervision of notifications sent;
- “Deezer Slideshow” management : daily programming and copywriting of the promotional assets of Deezer Homepage

Project Management soldier:
- Project Management of several content operations : Valentine’s Day, Summer, New Year’s Eve, the International day of Women Rights, and so on
- Coordination between several services in order to create content assets (CRM, design, copywriting) and regular production briefs for the Deezer studio
- Programming duties within the music channels (CMS Management)
- Daily programming of the Deezer’s homepage sections

When it comes to music, sometimes there’s just no time to waste. You need your tunes served up quick and easy! So take control of your homepage on your iOS 14 with our new handy widgets that keep the beats going. Starting today, we’ll be rolling out two of our most in-demand widgets.

Deezer’s new Flow and Songcatcher widgets will help you enjoy and discover tunes in an instant. They’ll give you a quick and convenient shortcut to two of our signature features – without having to open the Deezer app.

If you’re in the mood for a non-stop mix, turn to your Flow widget for a comfortable fix of old favorites and new tunes. Flowisyour never-ending soundtrack of music that’s completely tailored to your personal tastes. If you’re scratching your head wondering what that tune is, then our built-in song recognition feature, SongCatcher, will help. It identifies musical tracks playing near you and lets you add them straight to your favorites and your playlists.

Here are 4 quick steps to get your widgets up and running in no time on your iPhone:

1. Touch and hold a widget or an empty area in “Today View” until the apps jiggle
2. In the upper-right corner, you’ll see an a button with “+” symbol
3. Tap the “+” symbol and scroll down to choose Deezer
4. Then tap ‘Add Widget’, then ‘Done’.

After set-up, just swipe left on your Home Screen or Lock Screen to find your Deezer widgets in Today’s View.

Deezer’s SongCatcher and Flow are available worldwide, to both our Free and Premium users. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS 14 and your Deezer app is updated to version iOS8.24 to get started. In the coming weeks, we’ll also be debuting widgets for your favorites, top artists and more.
